American Girl Mystery Party

Once again the Brown's put on an awesome party for the pre-teen set and fortunately for us, our two were invited. This year's theme involved a mystery about the historical American Girl - Kit. Each person was assigned a character from that period and had to dress appropriately. Evidently, even some of the neighborhood boys are fond of the American Girl scene, or are all ready willing to do whatever is necessary to be with the girls in the neighborhood.




Aubrey had to work hard to get into character, but it was all worth it...

Snowmobiling

Today Jenna and Robert went snowmobiling with some friends in the neighborhood. We are gratefull that we can live in such a great neighborhood where both the girls and us can have such good friends. It was nice to get away for the day, even if it was very cold. The snowmobiling was uneventful, partially because we were on a guided tour and the guides kept us going about 10 miles an hour on the trail. The girls had a fun time running around with the neighborhood kids while all the parents were away and polished off a package of Oreos for good measure. It was a good day all around.
