Em did so stinkin good in American Heritage as a freshman, that her TA recommended her to be a TA for the class her sophomore year. After an interview and mock lab, she got the job and she has been so awesome at it. It has humbled her, stretched her, and kicked her butt all at the same time - and she LOVED almost every minute of it.
Emily has always been drawn to challenges and is not afraid to do 'Hard Things'. Being an AHTG TA has been hard, and has required more time & effort than she imagined, but it is often the hard things in life that bring the most joy and satisifaction
