The Endless Yard Project

The yard is coming along...slowly but surely

The pool has been without it's cover for a few weeks now

The view from Lindsay & Kayla's room when they got home from school.  I know they are looking forward to turning onto our street and not seeing trucks blocking the house.

We were super worried about cutting down this dead aspen just off of the newly poured concrete, but no worries.  It stopped in this position and Robert was able to cut the limbs at a perfect angle.  This process could not have gone better.

Rainy Soccer Season

It seems like it has rained for most of Lindsay's soccer games this season.  Rain or shine, as long as  there is no lightening, the games go on.
Coach Chris and his side-kick Robert have been coaching this year.  Though the girls skills may or may not be increasing this season - they seriously love these 2 Dads as their coaches.

2nd Grade Program

Today was our last 2nd grade Grandparents Program.

She got to do a little 'waltzing' with Papa

and Grandma

During the program, Brenna shared a story about Francee's mom, Mary Jane.  It was precious!

Miss Lawrence has been Lindsay, Emily, & Brenna's 2nd grade teacher.  She's the Best!

Happy Birthday Robert

Happy 39th Birthday to my best friend!  The day was busy with work meetings and the girls LAX game, but highlighted by the fact that his parents had come to visit.  All he wanted for his birthday was a new BBQ for the yard.  He got the BBQ, we just have to use it in the driveway until the yard is done.  So proud of this guy.  We've been together for 24 years now, and I can't imagine life without him.  He is a great Dad, Coach,  Friend, Church Leader, Company President, and Eternal Companion. Love you babe!

Final LAX Home Game

#21 - KAYLA

Aubrey and Kayla are known for having the biggest 'fan clubs'.  They usually have multiple friends come watch their games, and even though it was freezing tonight, their Young Women classes from church came out to support them as well as their Stake President and Grandma and Papa Miller.  They have some serious FANS!

The man who makes it all happen - their coach Ray Levitre.  Such a great coach, mentor, and positive influence in their lives.  Thank you coach Ray!

Ping Pong Miller Style

No need for a Ping Pong table when you have a kitchen table.
We have some pretty good matches in our house, but the funnest is when we play 'Around the World'

Treacherous & Adventerous Egg Hunt

We thought the yard would be done by Easter.  We had even planned a trip to AZ, but needed to be here to oversee the work, so we made the most of it and had a most adventurous egg hunt

Amazingly, no one was injured

Time to exam and trade
Emi was the big money winner this year

Baby Animal Farm

There is not much these girls love more than BABIES!  Human Babies are the best, but they also love puppies, kittens, ducklings, chicks, bunnies, etc.   We found a Baby Animal Farm that is open in the Springtime and they were in heaven!
